Discipline Committee:
The Discipline Committee would be responsible for monitoring the institution’s efforts to avoid in-disciplinary behavior and ensuring adherence to the UGC/AICTE Regulations regarding the reduction of menace and indiscipline on campus.
Role of Discipline Committee:
The Disciplinary Committee’s duties include:
- Gathering information about any complaints made in accordance with the Code of
Ethics;
- Assessing the merits of each complaint;
- When feasible, assist in resolving a complaint in an amiable manner;
- Hold all disciplinary hearings;
- After the disciplinary procedures are finished, decide on a complaint;
Fact-finding Interview:
- The complainant or complainants, respondents, witnesses, and others may be interviewed.
The fact finder committee may get appropriate documented witness statements and follow up on them.
The following details shall be included in any witness or complainant notes: - The complainant’s name.

Overview
The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit at Christian College of Engineering and Technology was established on 8th December 2008 with the motto “Not Me, But You.” The NSS unit plays a vital role in shaping students into responsible citizens through selfless service and social commitment.
It empowers student volunteers to engage in various community service activities, awareness campaigns, rural outreach programs, and capacity-building initiatives. NSS enhances student leadership, social sensitivity, and civic responsibility, thereby contributing to the holistic development of both the student and society.
Objectives
- To develop student personality through active community service.
- To foster national integration, unity, and social harmony.
- To raise awareness of health, cleanliness, education, and environmental conservation.
- To cultivate leadership qualities and democratic participation among youth.
- To instill civic responsibility and a sense of duty toward the nation.
- To conduct regular programs and special camps for rural upliftment and public welfare.
- To nurture values such as empathy, self-discipline, and teamwork.
